I would suggest you also check out the menus. There are popular restaurants where the menu just doesn't appeal to me. We can all recommend our favorites, but everyone's tastes are different.

Completely agree about some popular restaurants that we have no interest as the food doesn't appeal to us.

Narcoossee or Citrico at the Grand Floridian. Both great choices for a date night.

I agree. Love both of these restaurants. I think Citricos feel a bit more upscale.

Think about Steakhouse 71. I know a lot of people have complained that the food and service are inconsistent, but consider this... my wife and I like to do casual dates nights at a bar instead of a full service table, and I think Steakhouse 71 is a great option for this. The burger is great and you can't go wrong with the "off menu" bacon and eggs, assuming they are still serving it. If you have never had it, trust me, it's not what you are thinking. It's a slow (many hours) poached egg, maple coated pork belly, and cheese grits. Amazing! Add a couple of cocktails and/or wine and Bob's Your Uncle!
