Best Cupcake

My daughter and I are heading to Disney for her 23rd birthday extravaganza week. Where can we get the very best cupcake for her birthday? We don't want to get a full size cake for just the two of us.. I plan to bring birthday candles so she can still make a wish

On my birthday week in Feb I was given a cupcake at each lunch and dinner. (I think it was a mix of ADRs being labeled and my birthday button) I would have thought I was way cupcaked out but Starring Rolls had me tempted to eat nothing but cupcakes for the rest of the day.

Another vote for Starring Rolls--there will be more than enough for the two of you. Get there early in the day--they close early and tend to run out of things. You can also get the same cupcakes upstairs at Disney Quest, if you happen to be over there. I dream about those cupcakes. . . .

Even before I clicked to open this thread - when I saw the title, I thought - Starring Rolls!! So, so yummy!! My favorite is the marble - delish!!

Word of warning - if you click the food blog link - be prepared to go into sugar shock. The pictures are so good but the real things are better.

I'm excited to try so many of the cupcakes at Starring Roles, especially the Butterfinger one. That marble sure looks yummy though.... We LOVE cupcakes!!

Thsoe cupcakes at Starring Rolls look to be as big as my head. I'd definitely want to share it. Sounds perfect as a treat to split for a birthday.

If you didn't strictly want a cupcake then they do have a small (ideal for 1 or 2 people) chocolate mickey head shaped cake available. I've seen them for sure in the Boardwalk Bakery, I think they might be in the Main Street Bakery too.

I've always thought they would make a really cute birthday cake.

Oh. My. Those Starring Rolls cupcakes cannot be underestimated. We JUST got back from our trip, and tried the Butterfinger cupcake for the first time - DH and I agreed: hands-down, the best dessert we've had in WDW (and we've tried a lot!) And it's huge, too - we both ate from it for two days (not that I didn't want to eat it all myself, in one sitting!)
Reading the other posters, I now wish I'd tried the marble one too!

Question about the cupcakes? How well do they hold up in the heat? I know it closes early but we won't need a snack until 8 or so (we have a 4:15 dinner at 50's Primetime.) If I buy them early will they melt away in the heat? (We are going in July.)

We got an awesome sandwich, drink and a mondo cupcake apiece with our quick service credit. Would imagine you could use a snack one but I'd recommend the whole meal if you were holding credits.
