Best CS on the Seven Seas Lagoon?

I was wondering where is your favorite counter service out of the Contemporary, the Polynesean, and the Grand Floridian? We stay at BLT and I think the Contemporary has one of the worst counter service restaurants in WDW. I guess we can also include the Wilderness Lodge but it's not as convenient since we like to take the monorail.

We will be arriving late (around 8pm) and buying the dining plan we had to buy the day we arrive as well. It'll be fine but I kinda wanted to go to a Table service restaurant that night and we can't use the CS tickets for that. I've never been inside the Poly or GF so I was thinking one of those.

Also if you know of any in Downtown Disney, that would work too. It'll be worth the effort if it makes the experience that much better.

I really like Captain Cook's CS at the Poly. I always get the grilled cheese sandwich There is nice seating outside by the pool.

Captain Cooks is my favorite CS anywhere on property! I always get the turkey club and a Dole Whip. DH likes the pulled pork sandwich. They offer a great breakfast there as well.

just an FYI re: Disney Dining Plan... you can use your credits (both CS and TS) in any order that you choose, and it goes by the # of nights you are staying, so if you use it on your arrival day, you will not have credits for your departure day (if you use the # allotted per day, but you do not have to do that!)
