Best CS Meal at DHS...

Maybe sandwiches from Starring Rolls. Tough call given the choices at DHS.

Our personal fav is Toy Story Pizza Planet. Granted it's just pizza (and a few salads). We love it because it's one of the few (if not only) places to get a Mickey Rice Krispy treat for dessert:lovestruc We like to sit upstairs. I can tell you where we will NOT go back to...ABC Commissary:sad2: My sis and I ate here in April, and it was the worst meal I've ever had at WDW. Just not good at all.

no good cs choices @DHS. Toy story like many food courts has prefab pizza. Kinda like frozen pizza. Not many places make a real pie on property. Some hotel food courts have a good flatbread pizza, Wolfgang puck express. ect.
DHS is really poor for cs..ABC comm. is terrible.

I second Toy Story Pizza Planet :thumbsup2...my kids HAVE to eat here every trip. They don't like to play the games, but they do love the pizza and the atmosphere. We had cinnamon rolls at the ABC Commissary and they were pretty good (but it would be pretty hard to screw that up), that is the only time we will eat there, we would never think of eating there for lunch or dinner though.

We usually eat at the Backlot Express for the usual burgers and chicken breast nuggets, but on our last trip, we just got off TSM and were hungry so we decided to try the Studio Catering Co. We got the grilled chicken with rice and beans and it was quite delicious! We will definitely go back there on our next trip!

We like Pizza Planet and the Backlot Express. Just stay away from the ABC Commissary and you'll be fine!

Another vote for Toy Story Pizza Planet. I know the pizza is nothing spectacular, but it was still good. The salad that came with our combo was very fresh. And I got a rice krispie treat for the road. I was happy with it.

:rolleyes1 Uhm! let me see, :rolleyes1 Uhm! :rolleyes1 There isn't any! I don't eat CS at DHS, thank goodness it's 1/2 a day park for us, we eat else where!

 ABC Commissary, ditto! Stay far far away.

Studios Catering Company has a pretty good BBQ pulled pork sandwich.

I eat at Pizza Planet because the kids like it, but the pizza is terrible.

Starring Rolls for a snack to hold you over until you can get to somewhere that has food worth eating!

We've always done TS Pizza Planet but I just don't think I can force myself to do it again. The pizza is fine but the lines are F*O*R*E*V*E*R long! I'm so stressed by the time I get to the table, we'd have been better off eating at a sit down meal...probably would've taken less time! The family loves it though!!

If you have kids, you may want to check out Pizza Planet. I recently asked my 5 y/o where his favorite place to eat at WDW is, and that was his reply. On our recent trip we ate there twice. Even when I gave him the options of Pizza Planet vs. Chef Mickey's or Donald's Safari, etc., he always picked Pizza Planet.

another vote for Backlot.....nice portions, choices and a fixins bar (or at least there was in 06)

I do agree there are not many places for good food at Disney Studios..you would think they would do something about that??
