Best CS for breakfast in a resort

I have 2 mornings on an upcoming trip where we'll be resort hopping. Recommendations of what resort CS we should hit up? Specific item recommendations? We'll be on DDP so item cost is not a factor.

All the resort counter services are similar in my experience. A unique item that we love is the beignets at POFQ and DH loves to stop by the Poly so he can get "real" Kona coffee. Outside of that, I'm not aware of many differences.
