Best Cross-body bag

I'd like to get a cross-body bag that I can use as my everyday purse but that would also be big enough to fit and iPad, sippy cup and a couple diapers. I'd like one that I could also eventually take on our Disney trip.

I've looked at Baggalini bags but it's so hard to tell sizes on really any bag when looking on the internet.

I've never used a cross-body bag before so have no idea what to look for.

Any suggestions? TIA!

Check out the cross body bags from ebags. I just purchased one for our upcoming trip and I love it. I've started using it as an everyday bag and it's been great. They have multiple styles so I'm sure they have one that would work with the iPad.

I have the piazza bag also and really like it for travel. It has a lot of pockets for everything!

Thanks, I loved the look of the piazza, I just wish it were slightly larger. I think it's just a bit too small for what I need. But I've kept that one on my wish list just in case.

My current purse is a 31 skirt bag and though I like it, I want a cross body version and the shoulder bag they have might be a tad small. I've got a friend who sells 31 stuff though so I was planning on asking her. My diaper bag is also a 31 bag but it's starting to fall apart and I figured I'd take the opportunity now that we don't need the giant diaper bag any more (he's 20 months) to look for something that could hold a few diapers, small toy or book, etc. in a pinch along with all my other stuff.

I sell thirty one and I'm leaving today with my vary you backpack. You can wear it as a backpack or cross body. I got mine in black with a star icon and it says when you wish in red...I get so many compliments. It also holds a ton of stuff. Ask your friend about it, you won't regret it!

This! I am a director with 31 also. And I LOVE the Vary You Backpack! That is my every day purse and I am totally using it for Disney too!

I really love the Overland Equipment cross body I got about four months ago. Its not as big as what you're looking for but I know they had larger. Just a brand you might want to browse.

I bought the 31 cross body bag to take our on trip in Feb and I don't like it. At all. It's not very big (there's no way you'd a full sized iPad, diapers and a sippie in it) and I don't find it comfortable. I'm still on the hunt, too.

The one I have fits all of that and more, you must have gotten the smaller version the organizing shoulder bag.

That's likely, but beyond the size, it was totally uncomfortable.

I'm actually thinking of going to sling bag instead of a cross body bag. Like this...

I just purchased the baggalini, and its a LOT smaller than I thought it was going to be... I also have the Thirty One skirt purse and what I did was unclipped the handle and added a shoulder strap to it.. voila cross body skirt purse!

Thank you for posting that. It's actually bigger than I pictured. I really wish 31 would show pics of these on mannequins or real people to give a better idea of the size. Having the dimensions doesn't help a ton since sometimes it depends on how the bag is sewn as to how much useful space you really have.

I am trying the Baggallini Neighborhood Messenger bag right now, but I think it's too big. It definitely fits the ipad, sippy, diapers and purse stuff, but it just feels too big by an inch or so all the way around. I might return it and try the Kipling Luggage Alvar or the Baggallini City.

I need to be able to carry this to work, so I need something a bit more dressy than the fabrics that come with the 31 Vary You bag. That's one thing I liked about the skirt purses from 31. You could get a bit more sophisticated look. But the Vary You bags are too casual since they all have that quilted look.

Keep the suggestions coming though! I'm still in search mode!

I have a Vera Bradley Saddle bag. Not too small nor huge. Half the size of a diaper bag, twice a Bagillini. Cross body with sales on many colors. I love mine to fit even my dslr camera in it.
