i really recommend getting _The Unofficial Guide to WDW 2006_ I found their restaurant recs (and touring plans!!) to be extremely, exceptionnally helpful.
the cs in Norway (kringla bakeri) is simply one of my faves. portions aren't large, and it's expensive, but good maude i just LOVE it. dh loves the beer too.
Their faves (and mine) are:
cosmic rays in MK tomorrowland (excl value. we fed four people easily with two adult meals....of course, two of the ppl were 3 and 5)
pecos bill's tall tale inn and cafe in MK in Frontierland
epcot:
kringla bakeri og kafe in noway (ringnes beer, open faced sandwichies, blue jello

, amazing pastries, excl coffee with actual real half and half....a rarity in WDW, a good green salad, rice pudding)
sommerfest in germany (good if you like beck's beer/brats)
sunshine seasons (land pavillion....healthy, fresh)
yakitori house (i didn't try it)
------
not on his list for CS but worth mentioning: beer sampler in great britain and margaritas in mexico. we also *really* liked CS in morroco.
Disney/MGM studios - UG2WDW pics:
Toy Story Pizza (we don't eat pizza - food allergies - so i wouldn't know)
ABC commisary (it was reasonably good and had something for the adventurous eater, the vegan, burgers for the kids, kosher for my FIL and healthy for me)
Backlot express (I like this better....better options and imo the food is a little better than ABC)
Toluca Turkey Legs (looked scary at first, but it was good. my kids looooved it)
i would stress (like the guide and others do) eating at 'off' times. we eat before we leave to tour which is vvv early, then we eat lunch at 11/11:30, then dinner at 5....then a snack later. but our kids are young and they usually go to bed early.
