Tusker House (AK) - chocolate cake, I haven't tried it but other cake-fiends have sung it's praises

Tusker House has good Carrot Cake. And I had Chocolate Cake at Columbia Harbor House that was very good. I also had a Strawberry Shortcake at the American Pavilion at Epcot that was surprisingly good. Oh, and the Peanut Butter Mousse Brownie from Pecos Bill...yum!!

I was rather upset with Pecos Bills when we ate there. I was told the PEANUT butter brownie thing was the ONLY choice. No substitutions. HELLO...peanut allergies are one of those that can be deadly! They should ALWAYS have an alternate dessert. (It wasn't an issue for me personally, but I am aware that it is a big deal and having a peanut based dessert as the only choice isn't cool.)

CS desserts didn't impress me too much - probably the carrot cake was the best. But not great.

I'll second the carrot cake. I also enjoyed the cannoli at Pinochio's Village Haus, the Baklava at Tangerine Cafe, the buttercrunch cheesecake at Sunshine Seasons (is that the name-near Soarin'), and the Dole Whip that I got for dessert at Captain Cook's.

Didnt I just read a review this morn that the cakes at TH are now the pre packaged generic variety (that most places offer) instead of an actual slice of cake? (maybe I am just coo~ Coo for Coacoa puffs )

I like the key lime pie at Flame Tree BBQ and any of the desserts at Sunshine Seasons.
