Best Concierge Rooms AKL?

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for room requests for the AKL Concierge level rooms. We have 2 adults and 3 children (5,4,2). I have never stayed at AKL before so I really do not know what to request or if I should make a request at all. Thank you for any input.

Both times we have stayed AKL Concierge level, our rooms were located on the Arusha Savannah, Zebra Trail. The rooms were right past the back elevators, in the center section of the Zebra Trail. This side of the lodge is were the pool and restaurants are located. We couldn't ask for a better view.

If you request a bunkbed room, you will have a queen bed, bunkbeds and a sleeper sofa.

beware though, that some rooms on the concierge floor have an obstructed view, because of the thatched roof's eaves. But, there are several areas to view the animals at the resort, so don't be discouraged. You are going to LOVE AKL Concierge!

Thanks for the info ... we will be there Nov 27-Dec 3. Being on the concierge level floor isn't as important to us as the view so I think we might avoid 6th floor rooms. I definitely don't like the "closed in" feeling ... so the eaves hanging over probably wouldn't work for me.
