Expensive.
I'm still using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.
Yeah. It's old. But it works for me.

Mine came with my PC.
Photoshop Elements, like the new version goes for about only .. 100-200$?
Not too expensive. It has less features than CS, but if you know how to use it, you can do the same things.
