Best Christmas Lights Ever

Very cool! They must do that for a living though...you think? Lol!

I had this emailed to me last week. I love Christmas so much, all of the people at work were joking that it was my house.

I was thinking it had to be an email hoax, a fake...but I could not find an urband legend on it. I also did not look too hard.

Think of their electric bill.............one of my cats was trying to "attack" the screen when it was on...I think he liked it :cheer2:

I don't think that the electric bill would be any larger than another house with Christmas lights. The only thing that he has is a computer system and a very expensive electrical switch box. Disney already has this, think IllumiNations. At certain points during the show doesn't the different countries have their lights that go with parts of the music?

When I first saw this on stupidvideos . com I first though of the Epcot light and fireworks show from back in 1994. I also thought of the giant fountain at Epcot that has dancing water and lights set to the music.

I found some postings in Putfile.com that explains the origins of the video. These comments were clipped from that board.

"This display was the work of Carson Williams of Mason, Ohio, who spent about three hours sequencing the 88 Light-O-Rama channels that control the 16,000 Christmas lights in his 2004 holiday lighting spectacular. "

"Actually it took over 16000 lights and 88 Light-O-Rama channels to control this system, but it only cost less than $2000.00 for everything, but did take a long time to make. It was made by Carson Williams of Mason, Ohio. "

"They have a low frequency radio station you tune your car radio to when you drive by their house so you can listen to the music & enjoy light show. They have sign in front yard advertising where to tune your radio so you can hear their music with lights "

"By the way, the house is not in Utah. It is in Mason Oh and we went there last nite. It is awesome and really not very annoying to the neighbors. They also do Frosty the Snowman and God Bless the USA."

People were wondering what he did for 2005.

Happy Holidays!

Viva las Vegas! Wow, you have to give him an 'A' for effort I've never seen anything quite like that - he must have very forgiving neighbors and a great homeowner's association! :rotfl:
