Best Choices for TS Dining Plan

Hi all! I think my husband and I have settled on purchasing the dining plan for our trip. We'll be traveling with my 4 year old son as well.

We are staying 6 nights and I am wondering what everyone considers the best value/experience to use for the dining plan. We are planning on Crystal Palace for breakfast and maybe Tusker House? Any other must-eat restaurants? Also, is Coral Reef really as bad as some of the reviews I've read say it is?

We have always used the deluxe dining and have booked a table service breakfast and signature dinner. Now we have a little one who needs to eat on more of a schedule, so we have booked character breakfasts in the morning with TS lunch and dinner. I only have a few signature ressies for this trip and we plan on getting him a snack or meal for lunch in the park. We do like both CP and TH, but I haven't eaten at CR in years. We added 1900 this year because everyone raved about it.
