We are bringing a guest on an upcoming trip who eats almost no meats other than chicken. Just a choice thing really, she doesnt like beef or fish. I can lead you to the best steaks on property but have not paid that much attention to the chicken dishes. I need recommendations on the best chicken meals you have had on property, including resorts. It can be prepared any way, just using chicken as it's meat.

Thanks
Drew

I almost always eat chicken and haven't had a bad meal yet at WDW. My absolute favorite is Narcoossee's followed closely by Le Cellier and Brown Derby.

in MK, at cosmic rays, they have a great counter service chicken meal. it is actually big enough for two people. not fried, but roasted. comes with a few sides. also, if it is just the no beef or pork thing, the noodle station is pretty good. not consistant hours, but a nice place for something different.

another great chicken meal is over at the trails end at the Fort (Wilderness campground) - they have a fried chicken take out meal that serves 4-6, but they also have the fried chicken on the menu for the buffet there. cheapest buffet on property. (same chicken they serve at the Hoop Dee Doo - yummy!)

also, if any poultry will do, try the liberty tree. family style meal that includes roast turkey. (think thanksgiving dinner)

I love the coconut almond encrusted chicken at Kona. Yum!

Chicken Parmesean, This is a grilled breast not breaded. The best I've ever had!:thumbsup2

I am the same way! I only eat chicken, do not like fish or beef by choice... I thought I was one of a very small percentage of the population and am very excited to hear of someone else just like me.
By far the best counter service chicken meal I have had was at the CR's Contempo Cafe, and it was the Honey Lime Chicken Sandwich by far the best, especially with the homemade potato crisps!!! To die for, as well as the chicken sandwich at Cosmic Ray's in the MK, and the chicken dish at Citricos. Hope I was some sort of help!!

I had the fried chicken dinner at 50's Primetime and thought it was pretty darn good! Enjoy...Shawnpirate:

The Island Chicken Sandwich at Kona Cafe on the lunch menu only. Absolutely delicious!!!

macadamia nut crusted chicken with sho yu cream sauce at wolfgang pucks downtown disney. the recipe is even available on wdwmagic.com...sssoooooo goooood!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had it personally, but the rosemary 1/2 chicken with garlic mashed potatoes at WPE sounds mighty yummy, and I am a chicken lover myself. I also second the fried chicken at 50's, when I was there 8 years ago, that's what I ordered, and it was PERFECT!!

The chicken stuffed with chicken sausage at Le Cellier is phenomenal -- truly delicious. I also love the macadamia crusted chicken at Kona.

For my taste, which doesn't count much, I'd say the fried chicken at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. I did have a pretty good chicken dinner several years ago at Chefs de France, but I'm sure that has changed.

At Kona I will often have the "Sticky Wings" appetizer as my main course. It is about a dozen wing pieces and comes with a fair-sized salad.

I am another one just like you! I have eaten chicken at just about every TS restaurant in WDW. My absolute favorites are Coral Reef chicken with spaetzle, Kona's coconut almond chicken and Chefs de France 1/2 chicken dinner.

Honestly, just about every chicken dish I have had has been delicious. Sadly, the worst chicken I had was at LeCellier. I just didn't like it at all and was so disappointed. Very dry and not very flavorful.

Fried chicken from 50's PT

The chicken and pasta at Citricos was to die for

Rotisserie chicken at WPE in DTD

All great suggestions, reading this, I realize I have had several of these and enjoyed them, I am making a list of the others though and will be trying several I am sure. Any more suggestions will be greatly appreciated, we have a 9 day trip and I am sure chicken will be on the menu at least once a day!!

Thanks
Drew

Starting to book reservations for this July trip right now, and need just a couple more opinions on the best chicken on property. I know I am booking 50s prime time, Le Cellier, and maybe the hoop de doo. Would love a couple more votes to help me sort out a few more.

Thanks
Drew

I love the mole poblano at the San Angel Inn -- to me, it's the best chicken dish on WDW property.

Believe it or not, the half chicken at Cosmic Ray's ain't bad.
