Best/Cheapest way to print????

So, now that I have found all these wonderful designers and can't get enough of all these fabulous things for our Disney trip.....what's the best way to print this stuff out??? Not the stuff to iron on.....but like the journal pages??? There is SOOOO much ink used.....when the page is like all blue in the background and then has characters on top with color too. I LOVE them....but they have to print like photos and I can only imagine how much ink would be used??? Is there a better way I don't know about? Thanks.

I'm doing autograph books and plan on either uploading to a photo site and then doing a photo book or ordering prints and binding them locally. Someone else mentioned using a retractable Sharpie to write on photo paper.

I use mixbook.com for my photo books so I am sure you can use them for your needs as well..
