Best & CHEAPEST ice cream @WDW!!!!

we just returned from a 2 week mission to WDW and found the best bargain in WDW...ice cream @ MGM studios (small shack right before you turn to enter Aerosmith's rockin roller coaster), One scoop is $2.59 but their scoop is 5ounces! It was like having 2 scoops. I was truly amazed watching everyone get their HUGE cones and thought that they must be ordering 2 scoops. When I got to the counter to order, I found out they have only one size. As I waited for them to fill my order, I saw a memo taped to the refridgerator that said the serving size was to change to 5 oz. or an equivalent of 2 scoops!

I thought this was the best bargain in WDW!

The ice cream was soooo good too! Only the best @ WDW!!!!

I know the place well. It has wonderful creamy ice cream--not the frozen yogurt kind. We stop there as a habit every trip. About 5 flavors--I opt for the butter pecan with huge pecans in it.
It's at the corner of sunset blvd and the RRoC.
Make sure you have some walking or sitting to do after you get your cone or dish. It takes a while to get through the service.
