Pepper Market is at Coronado Springs Resort. The OP wants a place in Magic Kingdom.

I'd say The Plaza. I've never eaten there, but if I wanted cheap-ish dinner at MK and didn't want to have to carry trays of food around hoping to find a seat, I'd go for The Plaza.

Oops, breezed right past that In that case I agree with The Plaza, and for CS we love Pinocchio's and Cosmic Ray's.
