Best chatacter breakfast?

Our last day at Disney, we are planning on going to the Animal Kingdom. Any suggestions for a character breakfast or lunch besides Tusker House?

Tusker House breakfast is the only character meal located in or close to the Animal Kingdom park.

The next closest would probably be Cape May (breakfast). The only character lunches available are inside parks (unless Chef Mickey's is doing its free dining lunch). If you don't have a park hopper ticket they won't be accessible to you.

Tusker House is the only character breakfast that makes sense for an Animal Kingdom day, at least if you want to be there in the morning.

We really like Tusker House though, for what it's worth.

I agree tusker house would make the most sense....but depending on how early you can get adrs for breakfast and what time animal kingdom opens that day....cape may cafe is really fun and so is 1900 park fare!!

Tusker House is our favourite character breakfast! It's so convenient to eat there and then enjoy the park. You might also want to do a breakfast at a resort and then go to AK. Where are you staying? 1900 Park fare is also good at the GF, and Cape May at BC.

I honestly think it's all about the characters you want to see. In general the breakfast buffets are very similar. If you want a character meal on a AK day, Tusker House makes the most sense. Otherwise, if you have another favorite, just do it on a different park day. No sense going out of your way schlepping kids from one part of the World to another for breakfast. Have a great trip!

I really want to do Tusker House, but it is booked. I will keep trying, but wanted to get something booked so I would not be caught without any dining ressie that day. Thanks for the input!
