I am curious to know what is everyone's favorite Character meal? Specifically lunch or dinner, not breakfast. I'm looking for the best overall meal for food and character interaction. I need one more TS meal and was thinking a character lunch or dinner on the day before we leave would be great. We have been to Chef Mickey's but had a bad experience last year. We also had a bad experience at 1900 Park Fare, but that was about 2 years ago. If it matters this is for an ADR in Nov. and it could be anywhere on property.
TIA:goodvibes

Limited experience here. We just did Crystal Palace and LTT last year. I would go to Crystal Palace again anytime! We really enjoyed this meal, great food and the kids had a blast with Pooh and friends. LTT was so-so. Great character interaction but the food was nothing to write home about at all.

Breakfast - Lilo & Stitch Ohana Breakfast

Dinner - Crystal Palace

I've never had a Character Lunch so I can't really answer that.

Crystal Palace is our favorite. I've never had lunch there just breakfast and dinner. We didn't care for dinner at LTT.

we just went to crystal palace and the food was amazing for a buffet...delicious and to many choices.......the characters even came to our table as we were four adults......this was for dinner......
Biergarten was a great buffet too and the kiddos that were there had a great time dancing to the music and food was pretty darn good there too......

We did Crystal Palace and 'Ohana for breakfast and LTT for dinner. I would pick Crystal Palace any day! We liked LTT but not as much as CP. Also, 'Ohana was ok but we probably will not again.

I have only been to LTT and Crystal Palace and CRT. I would say for sure Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner! We loved Crystal Palace too, but the character interaction was better at LTT. You will love either one though. Sorry, I know that didn't help much.:)

What characters do you like? CP was pretty good. CM is just a classic to me and a must every trip. We did 1900 Park fare last year and that was good. The Princess Breakfast in Norway was really good. My DD got to see Snow White, Aurora, Mary Popins, Mulan & Belle. Aside from seeing Cinderella she got to see all her princesses in one shot! Not bad

Wow, CP keeps getting great reviews!
As far as what characters, I guess the classic characters or Pooh and friends would work best for us. DD isn't into the princesess and loves Piglet, go figure! DS loves Mickey. I'm thinking we might give CP a try, or maybe Chef Mickey's.:confused3

We loved Crystal Palace when we went for lunch.

Liberty Tree Tavern had wonderful character interaction. We thought the food was good, but we like the Crystal Palace food much more.

Norway (went for dinner) had wonderful character interactions and we had the best waiter we have ever had...but princesses aren't your dd's thing.

Depending on the age of your kids, Hollywood and Vine (went here for lunch). Our kids were 3 and 1 and we had a blast. Great food, great service, and fun! It's Playhouse Disney characters, so it might not appeal to older children.

My family loves CP & CM. We go to both every year. I have also been to LTT. The character interaction was great, but my my family wasn't crazy about the food. That of course is a matter of taste...some people love it.

It is between CM and CP. Maybe I should decide what we will be doing that day. My kids are DS(4) and DD(9). I think they will like the food and characters at either one. Last time we went to CM, DS fell asleep and missed it all! I'm sure he would love it there.
Thanks for all the opinions!!

My DF and I hated CP, but we absolutely love LTT and CM. We go there every time we are at WDW, although I prefer CM for breakfast.
