Actually, it was pure luck finding them there! Sometimes there is a character greet at the Big Hat in the mid/late afternoon, after the parade and after the High School Musical Pep thing. This character meet and greet sometimes has different characters than who was meeting there earlier at the Big Hat. When I was there, this awesome group of characters came out at 4:15 - there was Cruella, Queen of Hearts, Jafar, Aladdin, Mulan, Pocahontas, Mary Poppins, and maybe a couple of others. The 3 villains Cruella, Queen of Hearts, and Jafar did meets together in front of the Hat. This is very unusual, as usually they have seperate lines or they sort of roam. The greet was so funny, as Cruella was yelling "NEXT!" to keep the line moving. I knew it would be a great photo op of the 3 villains, and I got one of me in there, too.

Here's another character photo - my rarest one from my trip 2 weeks ago - Stromboli! Funny thing is, I seem to find him often! Lucky me!
