Best Character Meals?

Made a reservation for Chef Mickey's character breakfast at The Contemporary!

My dad wants me to find another character meal for my kids! He was wanting a character lunch or dinner!

What are the best character meals, in your opinion??

Breakfast at Akershus and Crystal Palace are both fantastic imho.

The other meals there are fine but not outstanding.

CRT is amazing for the location but don't go expecting value for money - it disappoints so many reviewers. We love it for all meals but more for the location than anything else.

Ohanas food is not as good a breakfast at CP or Akershus but the characters are fantastic and the view of the MK from the castle is good.

The only character meal we hated was 1900 PF - we've had two breakfasts and two dinners there and never had a good food experience. Having said which the stepsisters and stepmothers are some of the most hilarious characters at WDW (at dinner) but just a waste of money for us.

By far, the most relaxing character meal we had was Garden Grill in Epcot. Both times we went at 4:30 and it was not crowded and the characters came around numerous times and spent plenty of time with the kids. The food is served family style, so you don't have to fight a buffet line or worry about missing the characters. Plus the restaurant slowly turns and your view is always changing. It's a really unique experience.

I also agree with Akershus for breakfast. My kids also loved Hollywood and Vine for breakfast and the character interaction, they get to get up and dance with the characters.

We love Crystal Palace for breakfast, however, since you are looking for a lunch or dinner, they have that option as well.

We did Playhouse Disney @ Hollywood and Vine for lunch last time and REALLY enjoyed it !

We enjoy Chef Mickey's for dinner.

I also so that Donald's Safari is offering lunch now. That is a must do for us for breakfast !

We also enjoy Garden Grill, food is good, characters are fun and you get to sit and let the server bring you as much food as you would like. It's probably our favorite character dinner.

Not a big fan of CM and when we went to CP for dinner, they closed down one side of the buffet by the time we sat at 8:00. The characters are fun but lunch is still my favorite here. We didn't love breakfast as we thought it was a little overpriced for the offerings.
