Best Character Meal

Which restaurant would you say is the best for a Character Meal? Our group has children from 7-18.

Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace.

Food wise I would pick Crystal Palace for breakfast. They have Pooh's puffed french toast with is to die for. Plus if you make your reservation before park opening you'll be able to take a picture in front of the castle without anyone else in the picture.

For breakfast, Ohana has the best food, IMO, and the characters are fun. For the other meals, I would pick Chef Mickeys because I think the atmosphere is more energetic and might appeal more to the older kids.

My girls really liked 1900 Park Fare.

food wise, Tusker House Breakfast buffet and Crystal Palace lunch

We've always enjoyed garden grille.....much calmer than the buffets.

I love Chef Mickey's - the food is just average, but you get to see the Fab 5. To our family, it's always a highlight of our trip.

Depends upon what characters you want to see. We've only dined at two, Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace. Enjoyed the Royal Table before it became a character meal.

Now, I'm a Mickey girl so Chef Mickey's was the best. Food was okay, but let's face it, we were there for star of the place! Plus, my DS 14 loves the Contemporary and the Monorail so he was a happy camper too.

Last trip we ate at Crystal Palace, since I have three boys that can't get enough food! Seeing Tigger, Pooh, Piglet and Eeyore was a nice plus for two of my sons. My middle son was busy shoveling the food into his mouth

We've done lunch at Akershus for the Princesses - everyone loved it b/c the princesses come to every table to chat and take pics and you get a professional pic with Belle.
We also had breakfast at Cape May at the Beach Club with Minnie, Goofy and Donald. The food was good and then we just walked out the back door and right into Epcot.
