Lunch is hard because many of the character meals are only breakfast or dinner... For two boys, I would recommend the Garden Grill in Epcot... It is a family-style meal with some very fresh and good tasting foods... Chip/Dale, Mickey and Pluto came to the table when we were there... The restaurant sits over The Land Ride and slowly rotates around the top of the ride (don't worry about motion sickness because it is really slow).... This place gets both good and bad reviews... I don't really get the bad reviews....The palce was clean, service was good, character interaction was VERY GOOD, and food was good (NOT GREAT)....
We feel that it is a good option because the characters appeal to boys (we have two), we like that it is not a buffet (it is nice to have the food come to you for a change), the kids get a make-your-own cupcake (which is fun), much of the food is grown in Epcot (super fresh), and what they do serve is good... It is not fancy AT ALL! Be prepared for a simple meal of chicken fingers, fries, mac n cheese, bread, veggies (oh and catfish) and you will be fine!
