Best Character Lunch for a 15 month old

What character lunch would you recommend for us to take our very busy 15 month old daughter to? Something that would have the most characters or things to look at to engage her. I'm debating between Akershus, or the Garden Grill, or even Beirgarten (no characters there, I know, but maybe the show would keep her entertained?) or am I missing the best option all together? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Oh, does not have to be Epcot either.....TIA!

Chef Mickey's is probably the most 'action packed'. Lots of stuff going on with characters and the monorail running overhead.

For little ones I always liked Crystal Palace with the gang from Winnie the Pooh. Great character interaction but the atmosphere is a little calmer.

I don't think Chef Mickey's has lunch, except during free dining sometimes.

I would suggest Crystal Palace...she is the right age group to enjoy Pooh and friends.

Garden Grill doesn't serve lunch, so that one is out unless an early dinner would work instead.

For a 15mo I'd recommend choosing based on which characters she will recognize. Fur characters can be really intimidating/scary, even moreso if they're characters she doesn't know from TV/books. We did Crystal Palace and Akershus with DD at that age and she liked Crystal Palace much better because she knew Pooh & Tigger from her books; the princesses at Akershus she mostly ignored but at 16mo she really had no idea who they were.

Took my son at 15 months, and he LOVED Crystal Palace. It's pretty much our must-do buffet on each trip, in addition to Tusker House Breakfast.

Our 18 month old loved Crystal Palace. I think the combination of characters she knew as well as the bright colors of the characters helped.
