Chef Mickey's had, by far, the best character interactions for us last year.

GF dinner buffet. Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters are soooo funny. The never step out of character.

All 3 of those places have very good character interaction.

Cape May Cafe - character interaction is excellent, they spend alot of time with you & there is a good chance you will see them more than once, the drawback is you only get three characters: Minnie, Donald & Goofy

Ohana - character interaction is very good, the highlight is Stitch & Pluto who are very entertaining/comical, + you get Lilo & Mickey

Chef Mickey's - the character interaction is good & the best part about CM is that you get the Fab 5: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy & Pluto - you can't beat seeing all these characters at one meal & in a very fun atmsophere

Hands down Cape May Cafe. Cape May has become a family favorite. We especially love seeing Minnie, Goofy, and Donald in their beach attire, plus the food there is always hot and fresh. We have been to both CM and O'hana's before too and at CMs the characters seemed so rushed to us (went during dinner time so it may be different for breakfast), and Minnie forgot to come to our table which devastated our youngest DD who is a HUGE Minnie fan. At O'hanas, the food was good but the character interaction was so-so....the only one that really interacted with my kids was Lilo, she loved the fact that my older DD had a pin of Lilo on her laniard. At Cape May all the characters really pay close attention to everyone at the table.

We were at Ohana breakfast this past week and they were great!! It was Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stich and all were very good.
