I want to pick a fun Character dinner for our 1st night. We don't want to use a park pass and we are staying at BCV. We'll have a rental car, so we can drive anywhere.

It will be DH, me and twin 3 year olds. They LOVE Peter Pan the most, but there's nothing with him as far as I know.

A couple ideas I had are below, but I'm open to ideas!
1900 Park Fare
Chef Mickey's?

Where would you pick? Thanks!

1900 park fare, we go almost every year, love the character interaction and the food is great.

Chef Mickey we have never been and have been going to Disney for 7 yrs.

If your twins are girls and like Cinderella, 1900 Park Fare is a blast. The stepsisters are hilarious. BUT with that said, we ALWAYS do Chef Mickey's for dinner our first night there. We love it and I'm a sucker for doing the same thing each time for sentimental reasons  The food at Chef Mickey's has always been great when we were there. 1900 Park Fare isn't bad, but we liked Chef Mickey's better.

Chef Mickey's for the better food and 1900 PF for the better character interactions. Depends on which is more important to you.

You are correct, unfortunately, there is no character meal with Peter Pan. Since you want to do a non-park character dinner then you are basically limited to Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare (there is also Garden Grove @ Swan Resort). The food quality will be about the same at both, so it really will boil down to characters: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Pluto (CM) vs. Cinderella, Prince, Charming, Lady Tremaine, Stepsisters (1900). You should have good character interaction at both - the Stepsisters @ 1900 are exceptionally entertaining! For me, it's a toss up between the two - I would go with whatever characters interest you the most.

I totally agree!! Last trip was our 1st trip with DS and DD and we went to Yacht Club for dinner because it was close to BC. DH and I want to start a tradition of the same meal for the 1st night.

I think we are going to pick Chef Mickey's for the 1st night and then do 1900 later in the week.
Thanks!!

Yes i think that is a good plan that is what we did. We got CM for our arrival night after waiting so long for a cancellation and then went to 1900 Park Fare towards the end of our trip.
