Best Character Dinner for 7 yr old DD?

All of them. :lmao:

There are so many to chose from. What are your DD favorite characters?

Here is a list of all the character meals from All Ears

we love going to Crystal Palace for dinner in MK and go to Donalds Restaurantasaurus in AK for breakfast....both great characters and great interaction and the food is pretty good too

My daughter always loved Chef Mickeys. I would go by what her favorite characters are and see where they are! My daughter still loves Stitch, so we usually do a breakfast at Ohana.

My girls love them all! Their favorites are probably Akershus breakfast, Ohana breakfast, Chef Mickey breakfast, 1900 Park Fare Dinner and Crystal Palace breakfast.:goodvibes

It depends on what park you are at and what characters she likes:

1900 Park Fare ( GF ) -Cinderella and family - buffett style - food was OK. You do get pics taken before you go in,which are for purchase.

Cape May Cafe ( YC ) - Goofy, Donald, Chip and Dale - buffett style - food was better and more variety.

Garden Grill ( Epcot ) - Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Chip and Dale - family style - best food of the 3.

I would believe the meal that would be most special to her would be either springing for Cinderella's Royal Table ... or going to Restaurant Akershush to meet the Princesses. My daughter went to RA when she was 4 and was absolutely mesmerized. The boys (triplets - so they were age 4 also) and I went to O'hana and they LOVED the attention they got from Stitch.

When they were age 6 we all went together to Crystal Palace ... though they thought the food was good and it was novel for them meeting the Pooh characters ... that breakfast quickly waned and was forgotten (versus even now when I ask the boys about memories from Disney they recall O'Hana).

So then comes this year - they're all age 8. They're focused on Pluto this year and that's pretty easy to accommodate. They also remembered seeing the people eating when they were on the Land boat ride ... so the Garden Grill has become our selection.

I would suggest one thing I think is a fun way to decide.

Go to some sites that have pics and descriptions ... pull them up then call your DD over and involve her in the process of helping to decide. My experience has been it ramps up the excitement and makes the kiddos feel great cause they were a part of the planning.

I guess it depends on who she likes but my 2 were 6 1/2 when we went and loved Chef Mickey's breakfast...food was great and TONS to choose from, charaters come right to table to take pics. 1900 Park Fare was great with Cinderalla, prince, step mother.sisters

DD6 has done all of the character dining and her two favorites are CRT and 'Ohana breakfast (she adores Lilo and Stitch). It really depends on the characters your daughter likes, but I would really recommend eating in the castle for a 7 yo DD.
