We did five character meals on our last trip.
For Breakfast: Ohana's (10:15 a.m. reservation) and Donalds Safari Breakfast (8:30 a.m. reservation)
For Dinner: Chef Mickey's (6 p.m.), Crystal Palace (5 p.m.), and 1900 Park Fare (5:30 p.m.)
Based on my family's input:
Best overall character meal: Ohana's. Hands down. Characters were awesome, restaurant atmosphere is fantastic, servers were attentive and so very friendly, and we like the "family-style" serving (not having to worry about being away from the table when the characters came around was a great plus
).
Best breakfast: Ohanas. (though Tusker House had a huge, huge, huge selection of different foods)
Best dinner: Crystal Place. Food and character interaction was superb, service was top-notch, and it was super convenient to eat at MK. Restaurant was lovely as well!!
Most "in character" characters: tie for Ohana and 1900 Park Fare. Stepsisters and Lady Tremaine were totally funny! Pluto at Ohanas was worth the breakfast alone.
Voted by the family as "to do again": Ohana, Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fare. The other 2 were good as well (really, we had no complaints about any of the meals....they were each fun in their own way, and were quite different from each other in atmosphere and characters) but these 3 are on the list for any future trips we may take.
