If you could only do one character breakfast, which would it be? I would've picked Crystal Palace because kids love Pooh characters, but it will be closed during our trip.

CP closed yikes:scared1:,when will this be?. We are going In July and I hope It will not be then. I was going to say as far as food and chacter Interaction hands down CP. We went to chef Mickeys last Oct and It was ok,food was so,so at best meeting the chacters where great but I did not like how they forced you Into the picture taken.

CP is closed for refurbishment between January 3 (tomorrow) and February 14. Reopens February 15. During that time, Liberty Tree Tavern will have character meals - you can try there. If you meant the kids like Pooh characters, the word is they will not be at Liberty Tree although it doesn't start till tomorrow so we've gotten no live reports yet. The characters there are supposed to be the same characters LTT used to have - Minnie, Goofy, and Chip & Dale.

If you want a Pooh fix, I believe Pooh and Tigger appear at 1900 Park Fare's breakfast.

We really liked Ohana at the Poly. Different food and it is just a good time with the parade and all. PS the juice and bread were the best!!

Chef Mickey's. It will take a while, but you will visit with every "main" character and the buffet has all the staple breakfast foods. My DS(4) still talks about the Mickey waffles and twirling his napkin around his head along with the music!

Yes, I did mean Pooh characters - sorry! I changed it. My brain is on Disney planning overload. I'll check Park Fare on AllEars. Thanks!

We love the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. It was by far our favorite breakfast. It's really laid back, we never felt rushed. And, the characters came by multiple times. That day it was Minnie, Donald and Goofy.

1900 Park Fare woul be a great choice. At breakfast you will find Pooh, Tigger, Aice, the Mad Hatter, and usually Mary Poppins. It is one of our favorite breakfasts. The food is excellent!

Of the ones we've done, Crystal Palace is our all time favorite. Second would be Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club (with Minnie, Goofy and Donald Duck), then Chef Mickey's. We've not done Ohana since they changed it from Minnie's breakfast and a buffet to family style (don't care for family style) and we don't like Stitch); we've heard great things about Tusker House at the AK.

We love Donald's Safari Breakfast at the Tusker House and Ohana's. We are going to try Cape May this summer

Our favorite is O'Hanas at the Polynesian. Character interaction is great and the food was really good!

Have to agree both the Poly & Tusker are good, but I think the food is better at Tusker (better variety)

Man I would have said CP too hahaa. But since that is the case I would choose either Cape May or 1900 Park Fare (breakfast). I love both of these places, but honestly to me CP is the best :) Great selection at both and good character interaction as well.

There are no characters at dinner at 'Ohana but there will be entertainment (Hawaiian-style music and kids' games.) 'Ohana has characters at breakfast only.

Another vote for Tusker House. I was amazed at the variety of food on the buffet. Its on our Must-Do List.

That is a tough one, Crystal Palace Chef Mickeys and Cape May are all fantastic!

We've found:

1. Ohanas Best Friend Breakfast at POLY--is wonderful
with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. Good food served family style.
Characters are great. Family Style is Wonderful--they bring all the food to you
(you won't have to get up and for more like a buffet)--
no one but your family touches the food (unlike a buffet). I
If you want more food just ask and they bring all you want to eat.

2. Donalds Safari Breakfast at AK--Love the atmosphere the food was
good. Characters: Donald, Daisy and Goofy. Great for an early start to
visiting AK park.

I like Donald's Safari Breakfast at the Tusker House. The character interaction was fantastic. But it was the unlimited jamba juice (I think that is what they called it) that sold me. :worship: Yummy! I wish I could get this recipe. I think I had about four glasses of that stuff while I was there. There was also a great variety of food items for a breakfast buffet.
