Pluto is my son's favorite. I am hoping that Pluto is a regular at one of the character dining spots. It seems likely he'd be at Chef Mickey or Cape May, could he be at another. Anywhere that he shows up regularly or do I just have to take a chance?

Thanks for any help on this.

Garden Grill had Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale. They are at the land in Epcot only serve dinner now. Slightly rotating resturant. The character interaction is the best we ever had and the food is pretty good too. :)

He is at Chef Mickey's but not Cape May (Minnie, Goofy and Donald there). He is also at O'hana breakfast and Garden Grill dinner.

The most we saw Pluto was at the Garden Grill in Epcot, as a PP mentioned. We also saw him very BRIEFLY at Ohana and enough at Chef Mickey's. It took forever for the characters to go through Ohana - we had to wait almost 30 minutes after we were done eating to see the characters at our table. At Garden Grill, he came by our table at least 5 times. At Chef Mickey's, Pluto did sign and get a pic, but spent more time dancing around in the aisles between the tables, so less time at each table.

At Garden Grill, Pluto played with my son with his R2D2 light-up toy which really made the visit quite special. By the end of our trip we figured out if you have something to engage the character with (a picture on a cell phone, a shirt to show, a stuffed animal or something), they will really play it up and make a big deal about it which gives your child a more special visit...much better than the quick sign the autograph book, get a pic and off to the next table. :thumbsup2

We were really impressed with all of our character meals...we ended up changing some ADRs half-way through our to have more character meals! :woohoo:

We've always had a good interaction with Pluto at 'Ohana for breakfast or Chef Mickey's for dinner. On our most recent trip, DD had 2 encounters with him at the same dinner service.

We had dinner at the garden grill and the characters spend a lot more time with you there than any of the other character meals we have done....plus the dinner was really good and it is not a buffet. We liked that they serve you because it is really hard to do buffets when you have 2 little ones with you. You end up having to take turns getting your food and by the time the second person gets back the others are almost all done eating!

In September we had dinner at Garden Grove buffet in the Swan resort and the place was practically empty. My favorite character is Pluto and it was my birthday and I knew he would be there. He was and we got lots of interaction with him because he had lots of time to spend with us. They also have characters at breakfast.

'Ohana is the place where we have had the longest interaction with Pluto. I would go with this one!
