best chance for an early check in?

I am going to be doing the College Program. We are coming the day before I am set to check in for that. Our flight will be an overnight flight, arriving at like 6:30am. We're going to be very tired and I dont know if we can wait until 3:00 to get some rest. Neither one of us are ever able to fall asleep on the plane. Which of all the disney resorts do you think would be our best option to get an early check in? We are talking august 24, if that matters.

My mom said we could stay at just about any disney resort but maybe we want to choose the least popular one? I am not sure how to choose, just want the best chance at getting an early check in.

Do you have any suggestions?

We got a 9am check-in at Pop Century our last trip.
We had stayed on I-Drive for a couple of nights and had to be out of the room by 11am.
We decided just to go straight to Pop in the morning, thinking we could at least check-in and leave our bags at bell services.
However, we were very surprised to be given a room straight away

Its a HUGE resort, so i guess they always have some empty rooms at any given time.

A lot depends on the time of year too. Getting a room at 9am isn't the norm.
