For quick service, Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. They make it in front of you, so not prepackaged. I found it pretty decent. Not the best I've ever had (that goes to a restaurant in Lexington, KY that had a crab cake Ceaser salad) but it was definitely tasty.

I also loved Fulton's and Flying Fish. Haven't been to either since they changed names so no sure if they are as good.
I know you didn't ask but Yatchsmen also has the best creme brûlée

Most are the same wherever you go... BUT some are not as fresh as others... If a TS you will be fine. If your are looking for CS than make sure you are at a resort and most resorts will have one or similar...the resort food courts especially the Deluxe resorts the food is made to order and always fresher than what you get in the parks and that can make a HUGE difference in what it tastes like. I have had it at the Mara at AKL and it was good... also had salads at Artist point at Saratoga, Columbia Harbor house (only MK park one I trust) and believe it or not China's side café -- these were not Caesar but good salads.
