Which resorts have the best bus system? We are on a budget so money is a factor in where we stay. Thanks for any help.

I think if you're staying at a value, POP gets high marks for their bus transportation. They have their own busses and people generally seem to be happy with the service. We are staying here in June so I'll have first hand experience then!

Pop and AoA have very good bus service. Yes, the resorts are both large, but more buses are used to service these two resorts. They tend to come a bit more frequently. And there are no addtl stops as there are with the other resorts. Once you get on a bus at either AoA or Pop, you head to the park.
The other values tend to share a bus. But, there are times that each All Star resort may have it's own bus..just no way to tell in advance.

The moderates have decent bus service, but they have multiple bus stops within the resort. So, if you board the bus at the first bus stop, you will probably get a seat, but you will also face making at least 3 addtl stops before leaving the resort property and heading to the park.

The deluxe resorts are a whole different story. Because they usually have alternative methods of getting to at least one park, their bus service tends to be less wonderful. For instance....BW guests will be on buses to the S/D all the time and sometimes possibly to the YC/BC as well. But, you can walk or boat to two parks. AKL/Kidani have decent bus service due to their being so far removed from all other areas. They share with no other resorts. The bus makes two stops.....at Kidani and then over to Jambo House, then to the destination.

If you are on a budget and want decent bus service, I would go with Pop. I love AoA but the regular rooms in the Little Mermaid section tend to be pricey.

Thanks everyone! We decided to stay at POP.
