Best Buffet?

Quite a few good choices. Breakfast or dinner? Adults, kids, or mix? Food preferences/avoidances? Park (which one?) or resort?

Sorry; need more info to be of assistance.

Dinner, no park preference. No kids.
Based on quality of food only.

Tusker House for any meal. Boma, especially breakfast.

Just back today. Tusker House breakfast was awesome! Wish I had stayed for dinner. 1900 Park Fare dinner at GF was decent. The Crystal Palace dinner at MK was my least favorite, great staff though. Honestly, I don't usually care for buffets and generally avoid them. Went to enjoy the characters, which we did at all of them.

Boma, Cape May or O'Hana (not necessarily a buffet in that you get up to get food, it is family style so the food is brought out to you).

Boma or 1900 Park Fare. But considering you don't have a location preference and you won't have kids with you, then I would say Boma, hands down. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is spectacular, and the service is excellent. What more could you want? :thumbsup2

Boma is our first choice. If I had to give a second choice, it would be Cape May. We did Crystal Palace once, but <<<GASP>>>> we are not fans of character meals.

Boma for quality and variety of foods.

Boma and Cape May are really good. 'Ohana and Garden Grill are wonderful too, but they are served family style (less work for you! :thumbsup2)
I really don't enjoy Hollywood & Vine or Crystal Palace...just not up to par with the rest of disney dining.

The all you can eat platter at Whispering Canyon Cafe is pretty good too. It's not as much variety as Boma, but throwing it out there.

I cannot believe no one has said Biergarten. It's wonderful. (excuse me while I put on my asbestos suit)

I hate Boma.

I also have to agree with Biergarten. I must say though, Boma does have a larger selection in my opinion, but I love both and they are each must dos each and every trip.

You are right, too about Biergarden! It would have been DH's first choice! For me, it is a little 'unremarkable', but I would eat there in a heartbeat!

No flames to DonaldtDuck, Boma does serve some unusual foods, and isn't for everyone. Hey, how can I throw flames if I am not a fan of Chrystal Palace???!!!
