So I usually hate buffets, because (despite my shape) I cannot eat more than a kid's meal.... BUT, the Tusker House at Animal Kingdom is beyond incredible.
It doesn't have the traditional park food, so you get a nice, ethnic variety of yummy-ness. I think when I was there last I ate a little bit of EVERYTHING. Some things I remember:
Vegetable Samosas.... delicious!
Roasted Chicken... remarkable; rivals the best of roasted chicken anywhere i've ever had.
Sirloin
Tabuleh (sp?)
Hummus
Rice w/ Almond pilaf
some good fish (i'm not a fish eater, but i tried it an liked it)... perhaps salmon?
there was also mac & cheese, potato wedges, and really, a lot more.
and... WOW does not describe the desserts. There's probably just as many desserts as there are varieties of food!
I definitely recommend Tusker House if you like non-traditional park food. The food and service were exceptional, too!
