Hi,

What is the best buffet at WDW? We would prefer one in the parks. We could also do an all you can eat.

Thanks,

Mary

We ate at 9 buffets/all you can eat for lunch/dinner and 1 for breakfast during our recent 8 day trip. In the parks everyone in my family, including 2 very picky kids would vote for the princess dinner in Norway in Epcot. Out of the parks our vote would be for Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Liberty Tree Tavern and Crystal Palace, both in Magic Kingdom also received high marks.

For me it was between Crystal Palace (breakfast), Chef Mickey (dinner), and also Hollywood & Vine (dinner). I didn;t enjoy Boma a little to exotic for my tastes.

my vote is for Chef Mickey for dinner and Crystal Palace for Breakfast. Great assortments of food and atmosphere.

Nowadays, it's rare if we go through an entire WDW trip without eating at Biergarten.

By the same token, if you don't care for sauerkraut (or German food in general) then you're pretty much out of luck there. :rotfl:

Crystal Palace is great for breakfast and dinner, never had lunch there. Didn't like Liberty Tree, you only get turkey, stouffers mac and cheese, dressing, etc. like thanksgiving. I loved Hollywood and Vine, lots of food to choose from-they had a yummy corn and cornbread casserole thing I hope they have again this year. 1900 Park Fare was o.k. It was my sons fave place-it had the biggest kids buffet but not too much variety for us grown ups. It was crowded too, not in a real rest., but like a meeting room with tables! It was one of those that you go to for the experience. Ohana is good, but the best thing was the won tons which they won't have anymore :guilty: Donald's Breakfastosaurus is excellent for breakfast at AK. Our absolute favorite place is Trails End Buffeteria at Fort Wilderness. It is so good, and the best value at WDW at only $10.99 adult all you care to eat lunch. It is kinda time consuming to get there though, good for a day off or first or last day. This year we are trying Chef Mickeys for breakfast, Boma for breakfast and dinner and Garden Grill. Boma is supposed to be wonderful. If you want menus, go to All Ears - type in menu under search, it gives you every menu of every rest. in WDW plus reviews. ::MickeyMo

Boma is our favorite and if you like german food and beer I recommend Biergarten. My wife and I will not eat at any buffet other than these two.

Akershus used to be very good but not since the princesses took over.

Boma rocks!

We liked the Crystal Palace, too, but it's not in the same league as Boma.

Breakfast-Boma
Dinner- Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern at MK
Garden Grill in Epcot

We didn't care for Chef Mickey's (dinner) or Hollywood and Vine

We have only ate at 2 buffets, Biergarten and Chef Mickeys. Biergarten was really good. Warm, fresh, very good food. :flower:
Chef Mickeys was not very fresh tasting, a bit bland and just not what we expected
:confused3

Crystal Palace for breakfast and either Hollywood and Vine or 1900 Park Faire for dinner....

H&V is great if you don't eat meat... I loved it there!!!

My favourite was the Crystal palace in magic kingdom.

Boma, CP and Biergarten for the food, CM for the characters
