Best brunch?

Any suggestions for the best brunch spot for Easter? I'm not finding a lot of info online.

Islands Dining Room at RPR, Trattoria del Porto at PBH and The Kitchen at HRH will all have Easter Brunches.There should be some information out about it soon.

I think I'd eat at The Kitchen (at Hard Rock Hotel). They have a great buffet there and their menu we liked quite a bit too.

Trattoria- we have done it for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas and loved them all.
