Best Brunch for a Family?

Which onsite hotel restaurant has the best brunch for a family? We don't really need a character brunch but really looking for the place with the best food especially a fresh made omelet station and belgian waffles. Yum! Thanks!!

Fresh at the dolphin or Bomas at AKL.

Another vote for Fresh at the Dolphin--great omelettes, but not sure about Belgian waffles. I also like the buffet at Crystal Palace, but that's not a hotel restaurant.
