For buffet type I think Golden Corral also but actually prefer IHOP and Bob Evans overall.

Golden Corral for a buffet.

For something a bit different, try Steak 'n Shake. Really interesting menu choices, great hash browns, fried egg and steak/burgers.

Nice coffee too!

Golden Corral. For me there is more choice than Ponderosa and not as many tourists know of it, so it isn't as busy.

Got to be Village Inn for me, opposite the Sheraton on the southern end of the i-drive, good quality food and the servers are great with the kids. Also Dennys, never had a bad breakfast there, cooked to order, much better than the buffet breakfasts.
