We usually don't take advantage of the Disney restaurants for breakfast, but are hoping to "slow down" on our upcoming trip and take in some more casual breakfasts. Any suggestions for great breakfast foods? We're looking for options in the parks and at resorts.

My favorite breakfast spot on our last trip was the balcony of our savannah view room at AKL!! :) We had an ADR at CP and Ohana but cancelled them both to have Mickey waffles with "our" giraffes.

We love Cape May, Crystal Palace and Kona for breakfasts, never lets us down

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Boma! I like it better than Kona Cafe which typically gets a lot of praise for their stuffed French Toast.

We love the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom. If you get your seating early enough, you can be finished eating (a great breakfast w/ a huge selection) and standing in front of the castle in a nearly empty park!! It's a wonderful photo op!:wizard:

The sweet potato pancakes at the restaurant at POR are yummy!! They also have stuffed french toast. (or they did when we went a few years ago)

O'Hana in the Polynesian.
Breakfast with Lilo & Stitch - fantastic!
The POG juice & Mickey waffles are YUM!:drinking1

We love Boma breakfast, but if we don't want a buffet we like The Concourse. Sticky Mickey and lots of coffee for me and DH gets steak and eggs. :teeth:

Our favorites:
Buffet--Boma, Fresh, Maya Grill
TS-Kona, Spoodles, Boatwrights, Olivias

We always enjoy the Kona Cafe, Boma, and the character breakfast at Cape May.
My favorite meal is the macadamia nut pancakes, a slice of ham, and a presspot of Kona coffee at the Kona Cafe.

We love the buffet at Trail's End and the beignets at POFQ. I can't think of any CS restaurants in the parks that serve a real breakfast, just pastries and such. Can anyone else think of any?

We went to Chef Mickey's on our last visit and really enjoyed it. I'm trying to decide whether to go back there or to try CP on our Feb trip.:confused3

my family would vote for Kona and 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian. At a park, I'd say Main St. Bakery in MK for a bfast sandwich and french toast loaf...mmmmm.

Another vote for Kona as best breakfast.....:thumbsup2

In the parks, EPCOT Fountainview Cafe had a great breakfast sandwich, but now it's gone. :( Sunshine Seasons isn't bad, though. At MGM and MK, Starring Rolls and the Main Street Bakery, respectively, have a good breakfast sandwich. :)

Our two faves are the buffet at Boma and the stuffed french toast at Boatwright's.
