I have to be at the airport at 11:30am on my day of departure. Can someone suggest a good breakfast at one of the hotels? I am staying at Polynesian so I will probably eat at Ohana and Kona while during my stay. I was thinking of Boatwrights at Riverside. The sweet potato pancakes and french toast sound great. Any other suggestions?

I like to save ohana for the last day's breakfast. laid back atmosphere of poly makes it nice.

I like Kona Cafe and Tonga Toast. It's our traditional last breakfast. We eat at around 9:00 and don't need to eat again till 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Very filling.

How about the Grand Floridian Cafe at GF or Concourse Steakhouse at the Contemporary?

How about the Whispering Canyon at the WL?

Boatwrights! They have the best french toast I have ever had and I'm not a treakfast person. We stopped on a Sun. morning because the food court was too busy and were very glad we did. Service was great and we had our food faster than if we had waited in line for breakfast.

We always have our last breakfast at either Kona's or the Grand Floridian Cafe. We even make our flight arrangements so that we have time to have a leisurely breakfast and a little walk around the grounds. If you don't have a lot of time get a wonderful cup of coffee and a sticky bun from the coffee stand outside the Kona and sit outside by the water. Try not to get your goodbye tears on the sticky bun.

Boatwrights has a great breakfast, I'm sure you'd love it.

My vote has to go for Boma, though -- if you go early enough, you can get in, eat, and get out no problem. Huge buffet, and if you ask nicely, sometimes you can take some pastries to go.

I think you are on the right tracking thinking of Boatwright's, sjw4870!
We love the Crazy Cajun which is a version of the Tonga Toast served with a strawberry sauce. They also can bring a lovely fruit plate large enough for all to share. I just love how peaceful it feels there compared to some of the louder breakfast places. Great way to end a vacation, IMO! (I would step outside for a few minutes when done eating and take a stroll over the bridge and soak in the view.)
