Best breakfast at Disney Springs

Hello everyone!

What are your opinions of which restaurant or quick service serves the best breakfast at DS? I’ll be staying at Saratoga Springs, and I’m very much a breakfast person, so I intend on hitting up a restaurant or two in the early a.m. during my next holiday. Thank you.

I don't know of any DS restaurants that open early enough to have breakfast. I went to Ghiardelli's as soon as they opened and had a salted caramel sundae for breakfast, but that's probably not what you mean.

No no, that definitely counts!

As the restaurant at DS aren’t really open for breakfast sounds like I’ll either eat breakfast at the resort or at one of the parks. No problem there!

Not many restaurants are open that early. The few that serve breakfast items are the quick service place like Earl of Sandwich, Amorette's Patisserie, Starbucks and other Bakery places.
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', STK Orlando, Raglan Road and House of Blues are a few restaurants that serve brunch on the weekend.

Homecomin' Brunch(Sundays) or Wine by George(Saturday & Sunday). During the week the options are pretty slim I believe ...possibly Wolfgang Puck

On my last trip, Wolfgang Puck Express was closed, only Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill is open. They do serve brunch. Very unfortunate that Express is now closed.

If it's a Saturday or Sunday, highly recommend brunch at Wine Bar George!
