Best BLDG to stay Grand Floridian

Dpends on how much you want to pay. We have stayed in both Boca Chica (last weekend) and Big Pine Key ('99). Both were upgrades to lagoon view, both were great. I think I prefer Boca Chica because it gave us the coveted Magic Kingdom view and allowed us a view of Wishes each night from our balcony.

What price category, garden view, lagoon view, or concierge?

Where is the best location to stay at GF?
Depends entirely on what you're looking for and sometimes who is in your travelling party.

The main building houses only concierge rooms and in my opinion, it's absolutely beautiful.

SugarLoaf houses limited concierge with a smaller lounge and views consisting of marina (no castle) and garden/pool.

ConchKey is the furthest walk from the pools and main building transportation, but closest to the boat dock.

Big Pine Key & Boca Chica are the most central to pools and the main building. Lagoon views can be beautiful or you could have a tree problem. Corner rooms in Boca Chica are fabulous.

Sago Cay is closest to the main building and bus stop. Garden views can you have you looking off at the monorail, which is fun for the kids. It's a very quiet building and one of my favorites.

The resort may look spread out on the map, but the two furthest points are probably no more than a 6 minute walk.
