BEST Birthday dinner at the World?

If you have celebrated your birthday at Disney recently, and had an amazing experience, I want to hear about it!

I'm going with my mom, DH and our 18-months (at the time) daughter in February, and I can't decide what I want to do for dinner on my birthday. We'll have to go somewhere early in the evening, because I really want to celebrate with DD there. So it has to be a place that would be fun for her, too.

DH and I love Ohana. But, I think I might want to try something new for my b'day. So far, my top contenders are LCellier, Narcoossee's, or Cindy's.

Also, we'll have the dining plan. Are LeCellier and Narcoossee's both a value of 1 table service?

DF & I went to celebrate my birthday earlier this month. We did 1 night of the DxDDP the night before my birthday (so we had the night before and day of my b-day covered). We had a fantastic dinner @ Jiko. It was full of little personal touches. I was wearing a b-day button and was wished happy birthday by about every CM that passed the table, and I also was given a card signed by CM's and a free dessert. It was a great meal, and a great experience. Jiko and AKL are incredibly beautiful, so I would go back in a heartbeat. It may, however, be a bit tricky to find somehting for DD...but they do have a childs menu with non-threatening stuff, if that is your main concearn.

Also, we'll have the dining plan. Are LeCellier and Narcoossee's both a value of 1 table service?
