Best Beach Getaways and Vacasa?

I found a Waterscape condo on Best Beach Getaways and on Vacasa that is the same price or less than my room at the Wyndham Garden Inn at the end of this month. Any experience with either of these property rental agents? I mean there is no comparison of the Wyndham and Waterscape but I have no experience with either of the rental companies.
