Best Beach Club Villa Room....

We've only stayed at BCV once. Looking at the resort map ahead of time, we decided to request being "close to main building" since it looked like some villas were quite a hike from it. We did have our request met (our villa looked out over the front door of the BC lobby). We loved it because it was the shortest walk to the bus stop, SAB and we hopped right on the back path for the walk to EPCOT. I would make the same request for future stays. :goodvibes

The room that I liked best was 535. It is a 2 BR in a corner of the building and overlooked EPCOT at about the England pavillion. The balcony was huge.

Tell me your best BCV room and why you think it's the best!

Are you looking for comments on a particular size villa? My favorite studio is 543. I love the view of the Eifel tower of France, and listening to the WS music from my balcony. I also loved that there was a hawk sitting in the trees every morning waiting for me to greet the day.

The best room at BCV is the one I am in!! I've never made a request and we've always been happy!

We were on a ground-floor studio with a little patio that ovrlooked a walking path. The quiet pool is really pretty and I imagine looking at that would be nice :goodvibes

I think it depends on what you are looking for and the size room you need. Do you have any more details of your specifications? ie your party size, you want to be near a pool, the bus stop, see the fireworks from your deck?:confused3

:rotfl:well, guess I should have been more specific! Even though we own BCV, I have yet to stay there for more than 2 nights. The time we went it was rainy the entire time and didn't get to see much. We are staying again next year for 10 nights. Last time we had a room at the end of the hallway and a view of some type of lagoon. I didn't know you could see Epcot on one side of the villas:love: These are things I want to know! Are the rooms by the elevators noisy? I have a bad hip and walking is sometimes a problem so I was just wondering what your favorite rooms were and what the view was. Thanks for the replies.

Oh, I forgot to add that I need a studio. I am trying to save up extra points for a Grand Gathering in 2011. Thanks so much for your input! Everything is helpful :goodvibes

I was wondering if anyone had ever made a request based on what their favorite room was. I requested a specific studio for my October trip, but I have no real expectation that I might get it. I asked for "either 543 or room with a similar view" and "looking at Eifel Tower" as my second request. Should be interesting to see what happens. We made a room request once before (at HHI) and ended up on a different floor in a different building. Oh well! So I was just wondering-has anyone had better luck than that?

Last visit I requested EPCOT view upper floor and got 431 (a studio) which on the diagrams list as a wood view but has a nice view of the tops of the buildings at WS and a good fireworks view from the balcony (which was 20’ feet long)
