My favorite is Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom. Great views if you sit outside and awesome cocktails.

I'll also add,

Tambu Lounge at The Poly. Try to grab a window table and you'll have an amazing view of Cinderalla's Castle. You can even order food from Ohana such as Noodles, Potstickers, Wings and Bread Pudding.

Dahlia Lounge at the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs. Amazing views from the roof top bar, great drinks and tapas and comfortable seating outdoors.

The Bar at Narcoossee's. You can order off of the Dinner Menu and watch the Fireworks on their porch when you're done.

Banana Cabana at the Caribbean Beach. Great open air bar with good food, great service and lots of people watching.

At Disney Springs:
- Wine Bar George, Homecomin, Boathouse, Lava Lounge (drinks & food are definitely meh...but you got the view)
