Best bag??? Travelon? Bagalini? or ?????

Someone please help?! I am trying to find a great bag to carry all our stuff. Since it will be just my self and DS(9) this time there won't be a stroller (for my 2 year old) to hold everything. I need a good bag that can cary the normal ID's, tickets, camera, water bottle. and I just can't decide. I like the travelon because it hangs in front, but I don't like that big flap and there is no water bottle holder. I like the bagalini shoulder bag because it has a water bottle holder and cell phone holder, but I don't like that it hangs in back of you. I have looked at fanny packs, but I can't find one that has a water bottle holder. Wal-mart had one but when I tried to fit a 20oz. bottle in it it wouldn't fit. Any suggestions?

I like my bagallini, but one warning. I'm not sure how many ounces a Brita water bottle is, but it will just barely sqeeze into that bottle holder on the side of the baggalini and if you have a large cell phone like me, it won't fit into the cell phone holder built into the strap.

Don't get me wrong I love all the pockets in the bagglini and I also love the big pocket that fits flat against your back for important documents. My bagallini made four trips to WDW with me last year and will be going back in two weeks and again in Sept. The small pocket in the front is perfect for holding a small sunscreen, chap stick, bandaids, mole skin, gum, etc. The big center pocket holds my camera with quite a bit of room left over for my large cell phone. The big back pocket holds all my travel documents in the airport and during the flight. The little pockets even have a little zippered pocket that holds the room safe key and extra camera batteries. The little tab next to the small pockets holds a little clip on change purse and the small slots hold room key, AP, credit cards, etc all handy. It really holds alot more than it looks like it would.

FYI: When the bagallini's first started getting popular last year I got mine on EBay as a buy now item for $15.00 (worth every penny).

I was having the exact same problem!! Didn't want a back pack, and didn't care much for the travelon bag but I found a solution!!! The Overland Equipment "Donner" bag!! I just got mine for a very decent price on Ebags...it isn't huge but it holds a ton, it has water bottle holders on the side, but you would never even know you were carrying bottles b/c the bag is so sleek! Once you put the water bottles in the side compartments you can't even see them!! Also would hold an umbrella. It has a total organizer in the front, I'm not even going to take a wallet...all my stuff will fit inside! Sunglasses holder, cell phone holder, change pocket, places to room keys and tickets etc...very large inside compartment too! It's big enough to hold my passporter, a sweater for cold AC places, a extra pair of flip flops and two rain ponchos and there is still a ton of room. It can be worn on the shoulder or across the body. It comes in tons of colors. Seriously, it is the BEST bag. Very stylish and not obviously a "trek through the park commando style" bag either. Holds a ton but looks great!

I heard that the Baggallini strap comes loose after extended wear. I am sticking with my Travelon...which I *love! I have used it for vacations and everyday use for the past almost two years now! I can fit everything in there (including my digital camera), cell phone etc. We have a water bottle lanyard that we use, but in the Florida sun I am not expecting to just hang out with a water bottle drinking it warm. You won't be dissapointed with the Travelon.

I just bought a baggalini. There are a few things i love about it and a few things i dont like about it. Overall i like the bag. Its nice looking and i LOVE all the pockets. I dont have a huge cell phone, but its not super tiny. It does'nt fit in the cell phone holder. However it does fit into the water bottle pouch which only seems to fit a small 16ounch bottle. The strap does tend to lossen itself up. I need to put a safty pin on that. When i bought the bag it said the dimentions are 9x12 which i thought "perfect, it will fit a 81/2x11 notbook." but it does not.

If you like the Travelon, but don't like the flap over the front, go to QVC.com. They sell a Travelon that doesn't have the flap in the front. You just reach down into it from the top. There is a zipper on each side the zips down and the bag expands (kind of like those accordian file folders) I bought this one because I didn't like the idea of having to hold the flag up to get into it either. I bought the denim color. I love it!!
