best app for wait times?

What's the best app for US/IOA wait times? I though the actual Universal app showed wait times, but I can't see any - maybe I need to be onsite for them to show up?

Also, I'm assuming Universal posts wait times at each ride similar to WDW?

Can't really answer your question on which is the best, but yes on the official one only showing you the times when you are there
