the best for us was the silver spur for dinner (around 4pm) - excellent !!, even ordered a cake for the wife in the little french I can remember - that was great

plaza resturant for breakfast - the highlight of all 5 days when our 18month girl met tigger, daisy, pinoc, genie and minnie

the worst was rainforest cafe - dreadful , it was a shame as we've done both the downtown disney and picadilly ones and had great meals there

We love Walt's and Cafe Mickey, worst meal was park side diner at HNY as they did not cook the burgers to our request and the children's buffet is disgusting, we had to share a meal of the adults menu with our daughter.

I really like Planet Hollywood, Cafe Mickey and Rainforest Cafe. Nothing but great experiences in here :)

Not a fan of the hot food served in La Cantina or Bella Notte - the pasta tastes lukewarm and way too soft. And the pizzas taste like cardboard with a bit of cheese! My mum was even sick after their pepperoni pizza years ago. Not too good.

Does anyone remember the LA restaurant in 'Festival Disney' back when the park first opened? We went in here on our first trip and I asked for fish and chips (actually phish and fips - my 2 front teeth had fallen out :)) and they gave me this very very posh salmon with potato croquettes! And even now I remember the waiter being very, very rude. But it's not there now, thank goodness!

I had a really nice 'burger/chips' combo and the Cowboy Cookout I think it was called. The place was virtually deserted so it made a nice chance to collect my thoughts and have a peaceful meal before plunging in again. The worst I've had was a pizza at Col Hathis. The outdoor eating area was a complete bearpit and rather unpleasant. The pizza itself was massively uninspiring - I wondered if it would have been more tasty to eat the box! LOL

actually reminds me we also did the buzz pizza planet and thought the same, do we eat the box or its contents.

funny thing was I read the brits guide on it when we got back to the hotel and they said the same

kids liked it though and gave us a cool sheltered rest whilst they played

Worst meal we had in 5 visits to DLP is at Pizza Planet it was all terrible! Luckily most of the time we visit it's shut!

Now our kids are teenagers the best for them is Planet Hollywood

Loved Annettes and wasn't fond of the Beaver Creek SL

Yes I do, and I think we had the same waiter as you, Mum and I still talk about him now and call him 'smell under his nose'. Very rude when I asked for vinegar with my meal!!

I love Cafe Mickey and Billy Bobs Buffet! In the park, years back we had a lovely meal at Cowboy cookout, but each time since it was closed, and they don't have the corn on the cob, or so I'm told!

My fav. is Walts, lovely surroundings and our only meal without the In-laws this March!!

I really didn't like the Beaver Creek Tavern. Can't remember what I've eaten, but it wasn't maced and the service was terrible.
The Blue Lagoon and the Rainforest Cafe have delicious food. The New York Style Sandwiches in the Village are basic but always great.

It sounds like the same guy, unbelievable eh! Just goes to show that bad service memories stay with you!

Does anyone know how I can book a table for Walts or Blue Lagoon? Is the food in Blue Lagoon purely seafood based?
