Best and Worst horror/spooky movies?

Best: Salem's Lot (1979). The new one on Max is very good too.
Worst: Children of the Corn

I am hoping to do some outdoor movie nights w/Halloween movies this year. I am sticking with my "go to" Hubie Halloween, and Hocus Pocus. I also plan to add Beetle Juice Beetle Juice because I have yet to see that.

The worst stuff in my opinion is the stuff that is just the slasher type stuff. I just cannot deal with seeing that.

I agree! I dont' like the slasher type horror movies either. To me, a good psychological thriller is much more entertaining, as the one I mentioned, The Sixth Sense. The Shining is another good example.
